2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Services, you must be at least 6 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. Booking and Cancellation

You can book and cancel tutoring sessions through the Company's website or platform.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session will not incur any charges.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session will result in a charge for the full session fee.
• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

4. Payment

• Payment for Services is due at the time of booking.
• The Company accepts various payment methods, including credit cards and debit cards.
• All payments are due in the currency specified on the invoice.
